Recent/Saved Searches and Word Index

Recent searches: All search queries are saved in the “Recent Searches” box. 

Saved searches: In order to save a particular search query, click the star image next to the search in the “Recent Searches” box and that search will be saved. A star will appear next to the query and it will be moved to the top of the search list. To remove the saved designation, click on the star to deselect it.

Word Index

The index button that appears next to each search field provides a word list of all words of all documents in the corresponding field in the database. For example, the “Index”; button next to field for State might provide a list of every state abbreviation. A number will appear next to the index word; this indicates the number of documents that correspond to the indexed word.
